Ali Fitzsimmons (Dec '15) was selected to be a part of the Richard B. Russell Leadership UGA 2014-2015 cohort awarded through the Center for Leadership and Service, a division of Study Affairs. Established in 1985, the program recognizes up to 35 outstanding leaders on campus providing them with a unique opportunity to interact with each other and prominent leaders, as well as to become more aware of the social issues facing the campus campus, state, nation, and world. This competitive program aims to equip UGA students with the skills and knowledge needed to be active citizens, ethical leaders, and inclusive individuals committed to creating positive social change.
